What is the smoothiefun.com 1 week smoothie Challenge? It is a full week of self body detox to remove gluten, dairy, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and processed foods from your diet.

How is it done? By cutting out fatty, unhealthy breakfasts' like eggs, bacon, and butter, and replacing that by having a delicious, healthy fruit smoothie or green smoothie or a meal replacement shake in the morning. It's better for you and takes less time to make.

Secondly, if you get any mid-morning snack urges, have some fresh fruit, or a cup of yogurt.

Third, have a healthy lunch. Pizza and soda are out, Tuna on rye with carrot sticks are in. It's all about eating healthier and being healthier. It is all about you and your health.

Fourth, overcome the afternoon 'blahs' with a cup of green tea or a green tea smoothie as a pick-me-up. Green tea is full of anti-oxidants.

Fifth, for dinner, stop eating as soon as you feel full. Drink a glass of water before you eat to help you portion control. Oh, and skip dessert.

The sixth and final thing to do is not eat again before bed. I know this is hard to do but the food that you eat just before bed does not get turned to energy, instead it gets stored, as fat. Wouldn't want that to happen would you?

OK, one week, you can do it! Load up on fruits, veggies, and yogurt and off you go!
