When it is so hot outside who of us feel like cooking or even eating? That's why I have a cool refreshing smoothie! Not only does it give me all of the vitamins and nutrients that my body needs but it fills me up and keeps me cool at the same time. Try one of these healthy smoothies:

Protein and Spinach Smoothie

2 handfuls baby spinach,

1/2 cup granola,

1 frozen banana,

1 tbsp peanut butter,

16 oz almond milk,

10-12 frozen raspberries,

1 scoop vanilla protein powder,

2-3 ice cubes

2 frozen bananas,
