Jimmy Buffet's Perfect Margarita

First, place 6-8 ice cubes in the margaritaville blender and then add the juice of 2 large lime wedges. I like the juice from the whole lime in mine. Then pour in 2 oz tequila. You can use the good stuff (Cuervo), the really good stuff (Cuervo 1800), or if you budget is a little tight right now just use aristocrat tequila. Also, I like mina a little bit stronger so I put 4 oz but you can put the amount that you are comfortable with. Then add 1 oz Rose's lime juice. I prefer the juice of another fresh lime. Add 1/2 oz of triple sec or 1 full oz if you like'm stronger. 4 oz of sour mix or margarita mix is next. Sour mix is actually better. You can put 4 oz of strawberry daiquiri mix or 8-10 strawberries instead of sour mix for the strawberry margarita. There is a recipe for making your own sour mix after this recipe. Place the lid on and crank the machine on high. Add salt to the rim of the glass by placing the top of an upside down glass in a plate of lime juice and then a plate of salt. Add a lime wedge for garnish.
