Cherry Smoothie Recipes

The cherry has been shown to reduce pain and inflammation as well as lower blood levels of cholesterol making it very heart healthy. They are becoming more and more popular due to the fact that they are actually one fruit that travels well without making being too messy. Put them in a plastic bag and they will stay fresh most of the day. We prefer adding them to a smoothie though for extra refreshment.


Red Berry

1 cup cherries,

1 banana frozen and chopped,

1 cup vanilla yogurt,

1 cup vanilla soy milk

Blend until smooth and creamy , enjoy!!

1/2 scoop protein powder,

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt,

1 cup spinach (you won't taste it),

1/2 cup frozen cherries,

1/2 tsp cinnamon,
