Maca makes for power packed smoothies

This pear shaped Maca root is related to the radish and the turnip. The Black type of this veggie is considered the strongest in energy-promoting properties, being both sweet and slightly bitter in taste. It is regarded as a highly nutritious, energy food, and as a medicine that enhances strength, endurance and also acts as an aphrodisiac. In addition to sugars and proteins, the nutritional value of the dried root is high. It contains 60% carbohydrates, 10% protein, 8.5% dietary fiber, and 2.2% fats. It is also rich in selenium, calcium, and magnesium.


2 Tablespoons of Maca Manna ,

1/2 Cup Almond milk,

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter,

1/2 cup raisins,

1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt,

1 Tsp Bee Pollen,

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon ,

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
